By accessing and using the 24th Kodava Inter-Family Cricket Cup 2026 ("KICC 2026") website and registering for the tournament, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or register for the tournament.

2. Tournament Registration

By registering for KICC 2026, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Pay the applicable entry fees as specified (Men: Rs. 2,250 | Women: Rs. 1,550)
• Ensure all team members meet the eligibility criteria for participation
• Abide by all tournament rules and regulations
• Accept the decisions of tournament organizers and officials as final

3. Eligibility

To participate in KICC 2026:

• Participants must belong to a registered Kodava family
• Teams must be registered under a valid family name
• All players must meet the age and gender requirements for their respective categories
• Participants must be in good health and physically fit to play cricket

4. Entry Fees and Payments

• Men's Category: Rs. 2,250 per team
• Women's Category: Rs. 1,550 per team
• Payments can be made via Razorpay (online) or bank transfer (manual)
• Online payments are verified instantly; manual payments require 24-48 hours for verification
• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment verification
• Entry fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

5. Registration Verification

Registration verification process:

• Online (Razorpay) payments are automatically verified upon successful transaction
• Manual bank transfer payments require submission of payment screenshot
• Manual payments are verified within 24-48 hours
• Verified registrations will appear on the Teams page
• Organizers reserve the right to reject registrations that do not meet eligibility criteria

6. Tournament Rules

All participants must:

• Follow all cricket rules and regulations as specified by the tournament committee
• Maintain sportsman spirit and respect opponents, officials, and spectators
• Arrive at the venue on time for scheduled matches
• Wear appropriate cricket attire during matches
• Accept umpire decisions as final
• Refrain from any form of misconduct or unsportsmanlike behavior

7. Liability and Disclaimer

The organizers of KICC 2026:

• Are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or health issues during the tournament
• Are not responsible for loss or damage to personal property at the venue
• Reserve the right to modify tournament schedules, rules, or format
• May cancel or postpone matches due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
• Are not liable for any technical issues with the website or payment gateway

Participants acknowledge that cricket is a physical sport and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

8. Code of Conduct

All participants must adhere to the following code of conduct:

• No use of abusive language or gestures
• No physical altercations or threatening behavior
• No consumption of alcohol or prohibited substances at the venue
• Respect for tournament property and facilities
• Cooperation with organizers and security personnel

Violation of the code of conduct may result in immediate disqualification without refund.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and design, is the property of KICC 2026 organizers. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is prohibited.

10. Photography and Media

By participating in KICC 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and future event marketing without additional consent or compensation.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the website or participation in the tournament constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or participation in KICC 2026 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kodagu District, Karnataka.
